Terms and conditions of use applicable to access to and navigation of barricadecompute.com.

2. Purpose and Scope
This Legal Notice governs access to, navigation of and use of the website barricadecompute.com (hereinafter, “the Website”), as well as the liabilities arising from such use.
The Website is informational and commercial in nature: it presents the owner's on-premise artificial intelligence infrastructure services and provides a form for requesting information. No products are sold and no contracts are concluded through the Website; any provision of services is governed by the separate agreement entered into by the parties.
Use of the Website confers the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every provision of this Legal Notice, in the version published at the time of access. The owner reserves the right to amend them at any time, the version in force at each moment being applicable.
3. Conditions of Access and Use
The User undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the Website and its contents, in accordance with applicable law, good faith and public order. In particular, the User undertakes to:

- Refrain from using the Website for unlawful purposes or effects, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or damaging to the owner.
- Refrain from any action that causes, or may cause, damage, alteration or overload to the Website or to computer systems, whether the owner's or third parties', including the introduction or dissemination of viruses or any other physical or logical system liable to cause damage.
- Refrain from using automated means of mass content extraction without the owner's prior written authorisation.
The owner reserves the right to withdraw access to the Website, without prior notice, from any User who breaches the provisions of this Legal Notice.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
For the resolution of all disputes or matters relating to the Website or to the activities carried out on it, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Donostia — San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa, Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, unless applicable law mandatorily establishes a different venue.
